Who we are
Bhajis Holdings is a Melbourne based property development and investment group based in Melbourne. We have successfully managed numerous commercial and residential property development projects both locally and interstate.
Bhajis Holdings has all aspect of the development process covered to from site selection, feasibility, town planning, design, construction, marketing and sales. Our primary aim is to deliver profitable results for our valued investors and a beautiful home for those that purchase the properties that we develop.

Aman Dhillon
Director
Business Development and Relationship Management
Property development and investing runs through Aman’s blood. He purchased his first block of land and signed his first building contract a month out of university when he started is first engineering consultant role with a large multinational company. He started his first development, building 5 units, 2 years later. Since then he has built out his and his family’s property portfolio through multiple residential and commercial development projects.
Aman is committed to building quality properties in highly sought after locations and helping other people navigate the somewhat tumultuous landscape of property development safely. He is laser focused on mitigating development risk wherever possible to ensure a successful and equitable outcome.
He is always on the look out for the next opportunity in the property development space.
